IQ/OQ/PQ ASTM Service​​​​

In addition to equipment maintenance, the HRCare team executes Installation, operation, and qualification protocols in your lab- At your convenience, according to your timetable. Our USP-trained technicians execute USP PVT calibration, ASTM E2503 mechanical qualifications and extended warranty programs to ensure that every dissolution tester is ready for your specific workload and peak performance. 

Certificates o​​f Conformance

Certificates of Conformance (COC) are available for all accessories (vessels, paddles, baskets, and shafts) detailing ALL relevant ASTM / USP dimensions and tolerances. Certificates of Analysis (COA) recording individual dimensional measurements for ALL accessories are available through special order. 

Audit-Proof Documentation

“Audit-proof" means Hanson certifies the equipment, service, and documentation provided to each user. Customers can rest assured the SOP's and documentation executed on site will pass any audit. The HRCare validation documentation provides any management team with a complete 360-degree view for compliance adherence. 

Self-Installation

The Q-Pak™ addresses the manufacturers' and USP and/ or FDA recommendations IQ/OQ/PQ (Installation, Operation, Performance Qualifications). This unique guideline directs the user through basic instrument qualification and validation. Combined with Hanson's easy-to-use calibration tools, the Q-Pak may ensure optimum performance and maximum compliance for all Teledyne Hanson Instrumentation.

Q-Paks are ideal guidelines to help develop document system qualifications for audit trail.​
